Cancellation Policy
If a short notice cancellation is made ie. the day the service is to be delivered; the provider will charge 100% of the agreed service price for the cancelled appointment.
For other cancellations, where the parent/caregiver has provided notice of cancellation prior to 3pm the day before the scheduled service, the provider will not charge a cancellation fee however will make attempts to reschedule the session or provide the option of a Telehealth session, parent phone meeting or indirect service delivery such as making visuals etc.
